For the framing, we installed wood floor trusses for the second story, framed the exterior and interior walls, and secured the roof trusses and decking. To ensure the home’s exterior was both durable and aesthetically pleasing, we added James Hardie fiber-cement siding and a 5V metal roofing system, known for its resilience in hurricane-prone areas.
