Our team handled the full foundation and elevated structure scope of the shell. For the foundation, we dug and poured grade beams and column pads over pilings (by others) and laid the block stem walls. For the elevated structure, we formed and poured the concrete columns, built the block walls, set the precast lintels over openings, and finished by forming and pouring the reinforced concrete tie beams.

Concrete columns and tie beams are critical—they distribute the loads of the structure evenly into the foundation, connecting walls and columns into one solid system that ensures long-term stability and safety.
